Institutional Framework

The Constitution of the Party outlines the rights, duties, and institutional hierarchy of party members, Wards, Municipalities, District committees, Provincial committees, and the Central Working Committee.

Membership is open to any citizen of Nepal aged 18 or above who affirms allegiance to the Constitution of Nepal, national sovereignty, and subscribes to the principles of the party.
